This is an excellent product. It's well-made and comfortable to use if buckled on by a nice person. Maybe a bit more uncomfortable if the buckle-er is slightly meaner. ;) As a person with TMJ, I like that it doesn't force your jaw open _too_ much, but enough that it's noticeable (and pretty freaking sexy). I definitely recommend this.
