This little thing packs a whole lot of punch. I recently began using anti-depression medication. The meds made it just about impossible to achieve orgasm. I started slipping the silver bullet on my clit while I'm having sex with my partner, and orgasms have shot back through the roof. Definitely worth buying! Cheap product. It works well, and the vibrations feel amazing, inside and out...but I'm not sure I would trust the gasket to stand up for water play or when submerged.. the gasket in mine kind of slips out. If you don't want to risk it, spend the extra couple bucks for a better waterproof one. If the waterproof factor isn't a huge concern, I definitely recommend it for performance and cost :)
