The suction works nicely, although it does take a few pumps to get there (and it numbs your hand). But the suction cup is too small and the cup should be deeper. As a result, it did not swell her pussy nearly the way the movies do (disappointing). PS-My Wife is small down there, so I can imagine it would be more disappointing for larger ladies.
