I have also used this pump with some success. I recommend using electrical or some other type of tape to cover the relief hole on the cylinder so you dont have to hold it with your finger to keep the presure on. It is a very good pump but like others in this price range it does have some durability issues. With extended use the pump cylinder tends to crack, split, and leak. Still, overall this is a very good pump for the money, just buy two and keep one as a backup.

I have used this product for the past 3 years and will attest that it does work. My penis went from 5 1/2 in length to 6 1/2 and grew 3/8 in diameter.......Those are the permenant gains. Right after using this pump, my penis is 7 1/2 long and 1/2 thicker, but does revert to the size mentioned earlier after a few hours.
