I found this pump to be very versitile and easy to use. It has great suction and plenty of room for the average person. I did see about 3/4 increase in the length of my penis along with 1/4 increase in diameter. If you go with too much suction, you will get blister-type results from the skin pulling away from the penis shaft. About 15 hg. is the best for any prolonged time period. The rubber entry padding doesnt last over 6 months so you have to either get a replacement or use something else. I use duct tape and lots of lube. Once you get your penis pumped-up, you will find that you will take longer to ejaculate, which in most cases is a plus. I dont think one needs to spend this much money to get the same results. I wouldnt buy another this pricey.
