The pump itself works very well, but the so called latex (should have said hard rubber) ribbed donut is like a cheese grater going in and out of the pump.

This product isnt good do NOT buy it. I kept using the product. Then my tissue on my penis started to discolor and then I had to get surgery. Do not buy this. I REPEAT DO NOT BUY IT.

This was the first pump I have used and I will tell you truthfully that it will make you hard and large. The seal leaves something to be desired but I plan on buying a silicone ring for it. It would be nice if the hose was long enough to put down on the table or something so it wouldnt be pulling down on the pump after you get pumped up. Overall it performs as expected.

This very affordable pump worked better then expected. The ruler built in is a nice feature. You can see the difference and she can feel the difference. The erection ring keeps the pump effects (as discribed).
