It took a lot of effort and focus but I was finally able to get off with this. This is definitely not something you can just let go and do it for you as I thought when buying it. The sleeve (which rips very easily and gets holes when coming in contact with various other latex toys) attaches to a probe extending down the middle from the handle on top. The probe vibrates and moves up and down with separate controls. The up and down movement is supposed to slide the sleeve up and down your shaft but it barely moves it at all, thus givng you no feeling up stroking unless you stroke yourself with the toy. The vibrations only become effective if you wedge the head of your penis between the probe and the inside of the tube. Realistically, this toy only makes itself useful as a masturbation sleeve for you to stroke with so either get a sleeve alone or keep looking for a product that can hopefully do the trick on its own.

it worked, but the sleeve was ripped, sent it back and got a new one that ripped the same, would not recommend buying
