ID Brand lubricants are some of my favorite lubes, so I was very excited to see that ID came out with a new lubricant, especially for women! One strange thing about this lube, is that when I first applied it, my vulva heated up. This lube is not a warming lube, so I’m wondering if I may have had some sort of reaction to it? Every time I used it, I had the same reaction. My vulva heated up like thrush for about 20 minutes and then the feeling went away. I then got another bottle, thinking it might just be that batch, but again the same burning sensation and worse that time. I haven't heard of anyone having that reaction (and I asked everyone I knew who had tried it and they loved it), so maybe I'm weird. But, for a lube that is supposed to be "hypoallergenic, glycerin and paraben-free" for sensitive women, well, it was a complete fail for me.
