I have a 7.5 inch dick, this device fit just fine, nice and snug, using the lube is a must, and I've gotten lots of real blow jobs, and this can feel pretty close to it, but not exact. Gotta keep the movement around the head of your dick. My problem is it kept falling off. But for the price, its a pretty good device for real. But also don't expect a lot out of it. At first I thought that it would be complicated to set up. But I figured it out and was amazed with how well it works. Even if the penis is soft it can still be used to gain an erection. Jeez! These have been around for decades! I used to have one and I might buy another since they got so cheap. Squeeze the bulb BEFORE you put your cock in, and lube it properly. Its a little tricky to get the hang of but the suction effect is quite good. Overall - Not perfect, but good value.
