Answer: Basically, what I recommend doing first is to put a warm towel on your penis or use the pump after taking a shower or bath (your skin will be more pliable and flexible this way). Next, for best results, apply a small amount of lubricant on your penis and around the base of the pump. Technically, you will get a better suction if your pubic hair is shaved or at least trimmed. Put your NON-ERECT penis inside the pump and gently twist the base of the pump against your pubic area. Penis pumps will give the sensation of a larger penis but it is more of a look while you are using it. You can try using it for ten minutes at first and plenty of guys say that with regular pumping, you may be able to increase the size of your penis. What you may want to do after pumping and while your penis is enlarged (RIGHT after you take the pump off), put on a cock ring, such as our PD2237-20 which is a stretchy, silicone cock ring or something similar. This will retain the blood and fluid in your shaft which may increase your erection and size of your penis, if only temporarily.
