The Isis is a dildo type pelvic exerciser made of smooth lucite that is bowed at the ends. One end is inserted into the vagina and acts as a resistance to squeeze your vagina and PC muscles around. Among all the other reasons to love this toy, namely its design and function, it’s also of a slim size which makes it a great buy for beginners and perfectly discrete. Not my first choice, but great for women just learning kegels.
